I'm so excited that you're interested in learning a little bit more about me & the experience you'll get if we work together! Odds are, if you're reading this, then you're probably considering working with me to create some time-stopping, beautiful images of you and your people.
It's also likely that you've probably scrolled through, what feels like millions, of photography websites and might have been forced to read, again millions, of pages similar to this. It's tough choosing a photographer to capture a moment in your life that most likely, cannot be recreated again. The thing is I don't want to convince you to choose me. Yep, you heard that right. I don't want to persuade you to believe that my photos evoke a certain emotion... I want you to feel it on your own. I need my work to make you feel nostalgic for emotions you've felt and the feelings you haven't yet experienced.
Hear me out: although getting your picture done might seem like another thing to add to your 'To-Do' list, you deserve more than just photos... you deserve moments. These are moments that you forgot about, maybe you didn't notice, and moments that you never want to forget. As people age and environments change, know that your life has been comprised of a million amazing and beautiful memories. However, these particular ones will live forever because they were documented in their truest, purest form.
Working with me is like old friends hanging out, experiencing something new and different, exploring the world and yourself. Running through a field, rolling on the sand at the beach, belly-laughing in the middle of a busy city. It's the little moments like that where time truly stops around us, where reality pauses and you get to be yourself without judgment.
Not only am I a photographer but a human that is nostalgic for all the emotions this world has to offer in specific moments, allowing that to transfer into my work and the relationships I have created with my clients. They've shown me what love looks like in all different forms; from families to couples and maternity to newborns. Each of my clients holds a different story, the way they express love, and have put their uttermost trust in me to document these moments; it's just the best.
I can keep writing about the "experience" you'll have if you choose to work with me, but that truly doesn't do its justice as those are feelings you haven't yet experienced. If you decide to hire me, it's not just an investment in a service, but investing in a human being. I want to connect on a personal level and push past all the small talk. I want to hype you up, cheer you on, hug you and celebrate all the special moments with you. I wake up every single day feeling grateful that this is my job, my life, my passion.. and because of that, I couldn't be more stoked to hopefully be a part of your journey.

After our session, the editing and processing begins. On average, galleries will be all set for delivery 2-3 weeks after the session date. Weddings and elopements are 6-8 weeks with sneak peeks 24-48 hours after the wedding.
Galleries are sent through an online delivery service, free from watermarks, and ready for high resolution download. If you are looking for quality prints, make sure to check out my online shop through the gallery link!

I am currently based in Norfolk, MA. Locations for sessions 15 miles outside of where I'm currently residing, there will be additional travel fees. Please contact me personally as I always try to work out travel details!
At the beach, an open field, in the mountains, in your beautiful home; whatever makes you the most comfortable, that's what I'm all about. We can work together to figure out what's right for you, and I can recommend places in the area. Newborn sessions are best done in your home so we can easily accommodate settling, feeding, etc.
The purest light is around sunrise and sunset, so typically I will suggest one of those times. Light can literally make or break a photo. For newborn and studio sessions, mid-day is best when shooting for the most amount of light!
I got you... don't even stress. I'll send you a client style guide for the specific occasion and type of session you're booking me for! I always recommend soft, neutral, or earthy colors, denim and textures. These tend to look the most aesthetically pleasing and don't distract from the true goal of the session.. you! I recommend avoiding wearing distracting patterns, logos, or all the same color - it does not photograph well and can be quite distracting.
No worries, I get it! I have worked with multiple families with multiple concerns when it comes to this. My best tips are to bring some snacks and comfort toys. Please don't put too much pressure on yourself or the session; this is all about you and the fam. Pitch it to your kids as a fun way to get out of the house and maybe you can make a night of it with a special dinner or treat afterward.
My goal is to have the entire gallery edited and processed 2-3 weeks after the session date... weddings are between 6-8 weeks. However, turnaround time varies with workload and the season of life. I will never sacrifice quality for a quick return.
I send all images through an online gallery (shareable to friends and family!) where you can download all the high-resolution images to your phone or computer as well as have prints shipped straight to your door.
Nope! The images will be fully edited JPEG pictures, ready for sharing and printing! I do not release any unedited or RAW images as editing is more than 50% of the time/art of the photos.
Trust me, you want me to do what I do.
I do not provide rain checks unless there is a serious issue at hand; weather, an act of God, an illness, etc. are things that would be considered acceptable for a raincheck. I am human, I understand things happen! I will work with you, but your non-refundable retainer is non-refundable. Retainers can be transferred to another session, but it is situational and up to my discretion.
